Dear friends.
Here is my situation....
1. I already have one I-140 (from my future employer) that was approved some time in May 2006 which has a priority date of 09/2005 (via perm process)
2. My very old labor with my existing employer which has priority date of 01/2002 was approved recently from the back log center.
3. My existing employer is ready to apply for I-140 and I-485 at the same time due to the eligibility I have with the priority I have.
4. Question
A. My new application for I-140 - Does this come in conflict with already approved one from my future employer?
B. Should I let my attorney know that I have already approved I-140 so that he is aware?
C. Any other trouble this is going to cause me?
I am new to the forum. I would appreciate any expert who can answer these questions for me.
