I have job offers from 2 different companies in two different states. Both companies are ready with paper work to file for H1B visa through the new 20000 visas for FY2005. I have yet not decided which one to join. So might let both companies to file H1-B petitions.
If possible, can you please let me know your thoughts if there will be any problems with multiple new H1B petitions for the same alien through 2 different petitioners in this new 20K quota? Will different/special procedures/rules will be applied to the 20K quota?
