Multiple H1B transfers + extensions at the same time

Hello Friends,
I had accepted a job offer and they started my H1B transfer and extension for 3 years with an approved I-140 via premium processing. Another company gave a better offer and I had a few questions:

1. I know multiple H1B transfers can happen at the same time but can multiple extensions also be done using the same I-140? Will any of the companies ever get to know that this is the case?
2. When the transfer + extension is done in premium will the extension also happen within 15 days or will it just be the transfer?

Hi venkatdabri,
1.For any change in status or extension of visa you need to use the Form I-539.All data and records are maintained by USCIS only so obviously they would be aware.
2. 15 calender day processing(transfer or extension or both) is what is guaranteed in premium processing when you apply using Form I-907.
