I got laid off from Company A, so I transfered to Company B a desi type consulting company (thru a friend of mine), Company B has not yet paid me (I have recieved approved petition from Company B), i was interviewing after the lay-off, got an offer from Company C which is a permanent Job.
I beleive the USCIS would require pay-stubs for H1 transfer from Company B, (but since i have not yet received pay, little more than a month since i joined company B),
how should the transfer would take place?
Is it possible or i'm risking it too much.
Please help me, i have tried to rack my brains...and few of my friends, let me know if anyone had been in similar situations before and what was the end-result.
