Multiple H1 visa

Is it possible to have multiple H1 visas with different employers and work for them at the same time. Working Full time with one employer and part time with other employer. Has anyoone worked like that ? Please share your experience / opinions. What are the restrictions and challanges in this situation.

Is it possible to have multiple H1 visas with different employers and work for them at the same time.

H1 is for full time job (40 hours/week). You can't work full time with 2 employers.

yes you can have two h1 visas at one time.

one is for full time that is your primary h1 visa , the other is your secondary h1 (part time) visa.

the requirements are the same. based on the number of hours shown and your qualifications your employer has to satisfy your annual salary.

but remember if you lose your primary h1 visa you will also loose your secondary h1 visa.
