Multiple H1\' transfers

Hi,
   I left my previous job(company A) on April 19 and joined new job on April 26 when new company(B) filed for my H1. Now I have got a much better job with company C and I want to join this company. I have the paystubs of company A till May 15 and COMPANY C IS planning to file my H1 transfer between May 20 to May25. I suppose it will be legal to do that as I have found this C job within 10 days of my last employment and they are filing it now. Please throw any light. Also can I travel to India between H1 transfer using my old employer\'s H1 and new ones receit date doc

are you working in the IT industry?? If yes, how can you get all these offers??I am trying really hard to find a job as a software engineer for two months now..but no luck..no one is willing to transfer the visa...I appreciate your help..
