I am in H-1B status and working for Company A. I have an offer from Company B and they are starting my H-1B transfer in next 2-3 days. I got another offer from Company C which I have to join after a month from now. They are also going to start my H1 transfer once I accept the offer. I am more interested in company C. Is it OK to join company B and get the salary for one month and then join company C? If I take pay cheque from company B, I will not have H1 transfer with Company C? Should I give some gap between both the transfers? Or I should not take any salary from Company B since I am more interested in Company C?
