Hi, I had applied for 2 H1s with 2 seperate companies last year and both of them got approved. I had stamped the 1st company's H1 last week and soon after that, the project I was suppose to start got cancelled. The other company that I have H1 with has an immediate need. Can I go back to chennai consulate for another H1 stamping within this short period. Has anyone done this before. If another stamping within this short duration is not advisable, what timeframe would be considered as a fair wait period. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
