My wife got H1B approved through company A via change of status from B2. She also has got another H1B approved through company B.
Now if she works for company B for say 3 months and for some reason quit B, can she join company A ( as she already have an H1 from company A)or does she need to get her H1 transferred from company B to company A ?
In other words, if you already have multiple H1 approved from a change of status can you work for different employers ( not at the same time )and get your visa stamped of the current employer when you go to stamping outside U.S without having to do H1-transfers?
