Multiple Green Card Applications

Is the following scenario possible concurrently:

Company A - Labor, I-140, I-485

Company B - Labor, I-140, CP

Are there any problems with this, at what point in processing, if any would there be problems.

As far as I know, if they find something in the CP, they cancel your H1 temporarily until the issue is resolved, so you are stuck in your home country.

I remember reading a case sometime back when one guy had a disputed charge on his credit card which was resolved (basically someone misused his card on the net), but Chennai consulate cancelled his H1 and put his case on hold until they completed their investigations. I am not sure what happened afterwards. You may want to check the related CP forums.

Not a problem. You will have to withdraw one application, when other is adjidicated.
