I think some of you should remember me - got denial at Nov. 2005.
My lawyer sent a MTR at the end of Dec. 2005 and says that it takes 2week to 4 months to be responded.
Since I cannot wait for four months without anything, I decided to file in some different ways at the same time. If you can understand the horrorable feeling when I got denial notice, you cannot say I'm too nervous.
(1) NIW CSC MTR (filed)
(2) PERM CSC (Advertising)
(3) NIW filing at TSC (filed)
(4) EB1-OR filing at TSC (will be filed next week)
Above are what I'm trying to increase possibility. (Fortunately, my company is located in CSC area and has branch in TSC area.)
From the pieces of information in this forum, I saw some people do the MTR and Refiling simultaneously at the same service centor. Then,...it led me to the idea that two more options can be added such as,
(5) NIW refiling at CSC
(6) EB1-OR fining at CSC
Is it legal? I expect similar experience of yours.
