Here is my situation..

Got my first H1B approval May-2002
Has B.E. Electronics from India
Came to US in Apr-2003
Visa expired in May-2005
Got second approval from May-2005 to May-2008
Joined MBA(Fulltime) in Aug-2004, and continued to work with same company
Got Canadian Visa (PR) in Feb-2006, can go to Canada before Oct-2006
Finished MBA in May-2006
Got another job based on MBA starting from 15-Jun-2006
Want to go to Canada for multiple entry before OCt-2006

1)Should I go for multiple entry before I join my new job or would it be ok, if I go after I get my new H1b from new employer?
2) do you see any problem, looking at my MBA, new job or anything else?

if you have time until oct'06 to land as PR, why not establish good employment history with your new employer (in the form of several pay-stubs, etc.) before landing.
it would be better if you could be more specific where you see problems in your situation.

Thanks Tushar

Tushar,
Thanks for your reply..

My concern is that, I did fulltime MBA..while working; though it was fulltime, one can work, if we manage the time accordingly. I was thinking if they would raise any objections about doing FTMBA, while on H1B..

I have checked with lot of business schools and they all have students doing fulltime MBA, even if they are on H1B visa..it looks prevalent and acceptable..but still wanted to make sure..if I have to take any extra precaution
