I have a fairly minor question with regards to travel outside US.
My H1-B expires in February 2006 and my employer will extend my H1-B as it comes close to February 2006.
I have a multiple entry visa stamp for H1-B in my passport that expires on September 1, 2005. I am planning on traveling to India and return to US before September 1. Is it okay to return on say August 29 or 30 or even on September 1? Also, would these return dates be a problem just because the employer name on the multiple entry visa is different from that of my current H1-B document?
I could not get any consulate appointment in India to obtain multiple-entry due to shortage of time and dates availability.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
