Multiple 485 applications for one family

I understand that we can fine multiple 140 applications for different categories; but can we file multiple I485 applications for one family?

I filed I485 for both my wife and I with my I140(1st OR) last year, my wife is derivative beneficiary; she is working in the same company with me.

My question is can she file I485 based on her recent I140 approval (2nd Pri) with she is primary beneficiary and I am the derivative beneficiary?

Can two set of I485 applications exists for same family?
