Multiple 140 And How To Adjudicate With 485

Dear friends I need help . Here is my situation

1. pending 485 for NIW IN NSC ( EB2 PD 11/05 ) WITH APPROVED I 140.

2. RIR ( EB2 LC PD 11/04 ) I 140 APPLIED ON 10/03/06 AND APPROVED ON 10 /10/06 (TSC ). REQUESTED FOR PP ON 10/6/06 BUT I THINK IT APPROVED BY REGULAR PROCESS.

3. PERM (EB2 LC PD 05/06 ) I 140 APPLIED 07/09/06 (NSC ) REQUESTED FOR PP ON 10/06/06 STILL WAITING FOR RESULT.

WHEN WE APPLIED FOR PERM BASED I 140, MY LAWYR REQESTED TO ADJUDICATE IT WITH MY NIW 485 (PENDING IN NSC) BUT SHE DIDN'T ASK FOR ADJUDICATION WHEN WE APPLY FOR RIR I 140.

NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO? SINCE MY RIR 140 APPROVED AND I AM FROM ROW
SHOULD I ASK FOR ADJUDICATION OR IS IT DOABLE. OR I SHOULD WAIT FOR PERM 140 TO GET APPROVED.

AM I IN TROUBLE SINCE I HAVE SO MANY I 140 ? PL HELP ME.

Does 140 PD means application date? then

1. PERM 140 APPLICATION date is 07/09/06 but my law-yr ask to
adjudicate it with my NIW AND ALSO FOR for PD of NIW
140 WHICH IS 11/05.

2. RIR 140 APPLICATION DATE 10/03/06.But LC PD IS
11/04 .

I thougt 485 goes according to PD of your LC .
 
I mean it is LC PD. NIW did not have LC in that case 140 PD will consider as LC PD.

You have Oldest PD with RIR Eb2 case.... But any way you have to wait to till PD current. So No meaning to decide which 140 case is best at this point of time.

Here people are struggling for I-140 approvals for years and years. Why don’t you donate which you do NOT require?? Kidding!!!
