URGENT - MULTIPLE 140/485 filing
Can someone HAVE TWO EAD/140/485 filed concurrently –first one in EB3 by current employer and second one in EB2 by prospective employer (or if both are EB3 category).
If NOT, why? I know one can file two labors - right?
How about EAD? Can two EAD be filed?
