Ok guys, is there anyone who filed 140 as NIW or EB1-EA (not OR) - self petitioned NO EMPLOYER INVOLVED....and filed concurrently. If there are people do post your experience ie if EAD was approved on any such cases before 140 approval. Any RFE's for 140 prior to EAD a pproval? If yes, what kind of RFE? aLL INPUT WILL BE VERY HELPFUL TO A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THIS BOAT OF SELF PETITIONERS (WONDERING IF ONE SHOULD FILE CONCURRENTLY OR NOT)
