Below is my case summary. Denial reason 'You have been out of status / worked without authorization for more than 180 days '. Lawyer thinks its mistake on CIS side since I always had either H1 or EAD.
How long did it take for your MTR ?
Did you or your lawyer request any expediate ? Was it through any liasion lawyer may have with CIS ?
