msg on 485

folks any ideas what this message on my 485 processing means/implies.

Is it normal for cases to be transferred to district offices?

"on dec 30th we transferred your app to adjust status/485 to office in detroit MI, for processing.....you will receive notice re same etc. etc."

ur case has been transferred to a local ins office because of some doubts they might have.
