I had my interview in San Bernandino CA on AUG 2nd at the interview IO officer said we will get decision in mail. I got my EAD recently and case is at Missouri Office. Does this mean i am just waiting for name check. Last activity on my case is shown for January 18th.
 
Yes, you're most likely still waiting for the FBI name check to clear. All you can do right now is wait.
