MSC numbers and online status oddity

I see my father's I485 and I130 online when I punch in the MSC numbers,
but I don't see his I131 even though it has an MSC number associated with it. My mother's I485 shows up but her I130 doesn't. I get an error that says that this has an invalid number. Has anyone seen this? Is this normal or something to be concerned about? Thanks.
 
It happens very frequently.

What are the dates on their NOA's? sometimes takes awhile to appear on the system.

I applied in aug 2005 and my I-485 never showed up till last year. you can call customer service and tell them that you cant see it and want to know the status. they would fwd u to immigration officer. He will be able to tell you the status
 
U need to get an infopass and put in a service request in person for them to update the online system.
Not a big deal as long as u get communication from them.
