MS but applied in EB3

Hi,

I have completed my MS but my employer has applied my GC in EB3 category.

Do I have to submit my MS credentials( degree AND transcripts ) as part of my educational qualifications when applying

OR

Are my bachelors degree and transcripts sufficient.

It depends on the job eligibility requirements mentioned in the LC. Do you know what is on your LC?

The Labor calls for a bachelors and two years of experience.

In order to establish my status, do I need to submit the MS degree and transcripts?

During the I-140 stage, BCIS will look into the Bachelors degree equivalent education evaluation. I don't think you need to submit your MS Degree transcripts for education evaluation.

You could also check the education evaluation that was submitted while filing your labor certification with DOL.
