'Mr. Williams' of NSC

I was wondering if there is a Mr. Williams "like" person at NSC who replies to email inquiries. Apparently, CSC guys are lucky to have someone like him that gives pretty accurate case status.

My PD is current and RD is before the current NSC processing date. Hence, very eagerly hoping for something to happen very soon, otherwise it will be waiting forever. There have been no LUD's nothing for the last 5 months; everything is standstill!

do you have a link to the "mr. williams" story?

Compared to others, 5 months without change is not very long though.

since 2 years after I-485 filed no LUD change till today, but done with code3, 3rd ead and ap.
