I have received a RFE. The RFE wants me that I document I have been present in US constantly without break in the status. I know that I never had break in the status. I don’t know if this could the problem. When I applied for my I-485 I had to submit my I-94. The I-94 that I submitted was an expired one.
My H1 was valid till July/00 and we applied for the renewal on April/00. But the extension did not come when we applied for the I-485 my lawyer submitted the I-94, which had expiration date on July/00. After that we received my H1 extension, which reads valid from July/00 to 1/1/03.
