Hi Jim, or anyother gurus, please help me out from my nervous situation
Here is my situation.
1. Filed LC and I 140 at Texas center(Employer is Texas)
while working in Idaho which is is NSC. LC(EB2) & I-140 approved.
2. Attorney, told that 485 can be filed at any center since the LC
supports that, as long as we can provide address.
3. Finally filed at CSC giving friend\'s permanent address
4. Travel Parol,EAD approved. FP done and processing resumed
5. Suddenly I noticed that there is Priority Date on my 485 reciept.
6. Do I need to worry about my action in filing at CSC ?
7. Do I need to worry about "null" PD on my 485 recipet ?
