hey, in early 2006 i will be moving to USA to hopefully live permanently,now as im Australian and because of 9/11 apparently its hard to gain residency there, as most of you have probably been in this situation, can any of you tell me how i can gain residency? and how long it will take and how long i need to be in USA before i can apply, ive been told by Immigration here in Perth, that i can not stay any longer than 6 months at one time, and i can not work at all. Can anyone suggest any info for me, or any tips at all?
