Hi .. I need urgent help with this please!!!.
I've worked for Company A before, moved to company B (transferred my H1 from A to B). Now I've transferred my H1 from company B to company C and this H-1 transfer is under processing.
Now, I want to go to company A and they say that they did not
cancel my H-1. That 797 form is valid till Nov 2006. Can I join Company A without any problem? If so, can somone tell me how to proceed with this?
Any help would be really appreciated.
