Hello! I did my Bachelors and Masters in USA. I am currently working full time on an H-1B visa. My first 3 year term of H-1B visa will expire in Oct 2024. The company where I am working at, is going to apply for my H-1B visa renewal and Employee Based Green Card in 2024. I was considering moving back to India for long term. Just in case things don't work out for me in India, I want to be aware about my options to come back to USA.
1) Does it make a difference in regards to my ability to come back to USA, if I leave USA this year (H-1B expiring in 2024) or if I leave USA next year (H-1 renewed for 3 more years and EB Green Card I-485 filled)?
