Moving to India. What will happen for my 485??? Please post your answers.!

I have applied AOS, EAD & AP on Oct 10th 2001. And I am moving to India office for another 2 years. I might get my 485 receipt, EAD & AP before I move to India.

But my company is going to cancel my H1 and i-140 because of this move.
What will happen to my 485?
If I want to come to US, Can I come using EAD & AP?
Since b\'cos of cancelling 140, Will my AOS get canceled?

If 140 is cancelled

Your AOS is no longer valid..as it is based on that underlying 140.
