Moving to Colorado, am I gonna interview again?

Hi all

I am moving to Colorado ( I have to) my application is pending NC, we interviewed last year 5/23/2007. my questions are:
1.What are the chances that we are gonna interview again for the GC?
2.Any downside from this move?( I mean moving while your I-485 is pending).
