Today, a friend of mine that with my skill, I can apply for a Canadian employment visa. I did take the assessment test and seem to qualify. But what I dont understand is....is it like dv program? I mean, do i need to get a job there first? My friend said it is like dv for canada but am having a hard time believing it.
