I have filed N-400 in Minnesota. However, I have accepted a job offer in CA and have to move in two weeks. Is it possible to transfer my file to CA? I heard that I had to start over the application again? Is it true? Thank you for your help.

yes, you can do it. We applied in NC and then moved to CA. 2 weeks after we moved, we got the FP appointment letter. Then we sent the change of address form as well as letters to both INS centers in San Francisco and Atlanta, GA (including the copies of our FP appt letters) asking to transfer our case to San Francisco and reschedule the FP appts. It worked.
