I am potentially moving to another state. I have my N400 with Orlando DO with priority date July 05. I do not mind keeping the house for few more months...but Orlando DO is taking mre than a year..so that seems to be stretch. My FP is done and FBI has sent the report to USCIS.
My questions is about what is the best:
1) Request for Case transfer..(Do I need to wait for 3 months of residency there?)
2) Do not do anything. Hire an attorney..they will get notification for everything anyway. So, even if I do not have address. I will find out when to react
3)any other option?
Would you share with me your experience and what worked out best for you. And also what is the right procedure. The new location (potential) timeline is April/May05 while Orlando is Oct 04.
