Moving to another region

Hi All,
I filed my I-485 from NSC in May-2002. It's almost more than a year and this month, i have done 2nd FP, applied for 2nd EAD and 2nd AP (renewals). Now, I need to relocate from IL to CA, due to the project change, sometime this month. (My employer is in IL)

What are the possible things i may have to face after changing my address in BCIS records? My case will get transferred to CSC? Will there be any delay?

Pl share the experience if anyone has gone through this.

Some members previously suggested that the I-140 and I-485 stay with where the headquaters of the employer is rather than with the location of the employee. Just one school of opinion, I guess...
