Hi Gurus,
My LC is approved from NC specifying the work place as NC and my GC is going at TSC. Now I am planning to move to CA using AC - 21. Will that effect my green card since i am moving to a different work location than the one specified on LC. Also, my salaray is going to be about 35K high when compared to one specified on LC.

Is any one in the same boat?.

Thanks in advance,

--->>> 15-20% increase in salary is usually not an issue. Significant salary changes can be perceived by USCIS as a change in job duties. If ur increase is higher than 20%, u can argue that it is due to change in location (lower parity NC to higher parity CA) and not due to change in job duties. U can use the DOL database to find prevailing wages in CA for your job description to support ur argument. Here is the link: http://online.onetcenter.org/crosswalk_search

Goodluck!
