Hi, I filed my Asylum case in Sep 2012 from Ohio, they mentioned that I should receive the interview within 42 days of the filing, so after 3 months, I got worried and sent a document to Chicago office inquiring about my interview, they replied by: because you live out of Chicago Land, it will take longer and depends on the officer who should visit your area and he does that for limited times per year, so you should wait.
Now I moved to Houston,TX and I notified them that I changed my address to Houston, and I know there's asylum office there and my friends who submitted from Houston, received there interview within 1-2 month, so do you think if any one moved his address to a city where an Asylum office located ( Chicago,Houston ... ) should receive his interview faster or not necessarily ?
