Hi gurus,
I seem to be stuck in this endless name check cycle. I feel as it if it is time to change my job now...
Does anyone know what the rules are to change jobs on AC-21? What does the USCIS look for when looking at the AC-21 application?
from what I understand the new job needs to have the same skills as the previous one. Is this true? Can I change the nature of my job e.g. if I were a software engg. can I change my job to be a product manager I that new job has all the technologies of the previous job?
What are the rules? gurus, please let me know..any information would be very useful to me as I think about making such a move and helo me analyze the risk.
