moving from CSC to VSC

Friends,
My 485 was filed @CSC in March'02.
Now i moved to CSC in July with AC21.
Would that mean that my case would be transfered to VSC now(already applied for address change)?
Also does that mean now We have wait more time then regular time(I know there is nt regular time but have read in some postings here that your file may be lined up at bottom when it moved from one area to other)?

Any ideas....?

There is no pattern here

If you used AC21, you may get RFE.
If you changed service centres, you may get transferred.
If you did both, nothing might happen.
If you did nothing , you may get RFE and transfer.
With BCIS one cannot predict as there is no ruling on this till now.
