Moving Forward With Lawsuit!

After reading so much information and being so frustrated for over 2 years, i have decided to file suit. I will start by calling district court tomorrow and askign for the Pro Se Package and proceed from there. Enough is enough, i deserve to be treated much better than this. I am going to be proactive now instead of just sitting here whining and writing letters to offices that won't really do much to help me. Thank you to all who have been through this and were kind enough to post your stories and examples of all those documents that are needed. Please, please pray for me and wish me good luck. ;)

Hi Frustrated,
I this N400 or I-485 ? I am in simlar boat, PD 01/23/07 and filed 1447b. No news yet. 60 Days run out in end of may.
 
You PD is January 2007 and you are thinking lawsuit? Wow, someone is impatient.

What 60 days?

With a priority date of 1/23/07, you stand no chance with your impending law suit. The average time with N-400 processing takes about 6 to 8 months - give and take some. Your case is very much within the published processing time of USCIS.

Hello Frustrated,

I decided to file for a Lawsuit as well and I’m waiting since June, 2004 that was my Interview date and they told me you get the ceremony notification within two weeks ya right since June 2004 I check my mail every single day , It is over for me yet, I’m planning to file a Lawsuit I know all the Steps but do you know if there is a Sample of the Lawsuit in this web site some one attached it some where in all these pages I tried to search I was not able to find it Can you help? Since you are filing for a lawsuit.

Check the sticky file that says anyone with lawsuit and i think that one has plenty of examples.
