We have a company incorporated in California (Inc in mid 2002). As time went by, our future projects and employees are mostly from diff state wyoming.
Continuing business with the staff and projects in California, costs us tremondus taxes and other management issues.
Q. We would like to move our company from California to Wyoming and still retain our Federal ID or EID. As many of employees are H1, disolving this company and reincorping in Wyoming messes up a lot Contrary, I heard that, if fedID changes (even as part of merger or any reason, new H1s have to be filed?? Is that true
How best can this be done. Greatly appreciate your suggestions.
