moving case from TSC to VSC

Having filed for my I-485 in 03/2002, I'm already feeling the pain about responsiveness of TSC about my I-485 application.
Anyhow, I'm now moving north, so have to change my address with INS.
Can I move my case from TSC to VSC anyway? Would it be benificial?

Any advice in this regard is highly appreciated.
