Hi there

I am planing to move CA in couple week, but my case is panding, I have had my Master Hearing and my next hearing( might be individual hearing) was scheduled in that time for next year.

So I have some question to you guys

1. If I move to CA, will I have another muster hearing in there?
2. My moving to CA will delay my case( immigration court)?

The reason to move CA is I've found nice job in there.

I look forward to hearing the best advice

-People move for one ligitimate reason or another.
-The uscis system is slow anyway.
-A good job doesn't come along all the time.
-Yes,That would probalby and slightly delay your case (but what the heck ! you get to do what to do).
-You will get another hearing, your attorney will work it out (if you don't have one, get one ASAP)
Best luck and make up your mind.

What about not changing address, I mean even I move to CA, I keep my current address on my Immigration Case. It works or not?. Woundn't it be problem to me?
I have waited for a long years my Immigartion issue, that is why i cound't find nice job here. There are alot job for my major in CA.

Thanks

No, Wouldn't Be Aproblem, As Long As Someone Could Forward Your Mails To Your New Address Or Inform You About Them For Pick Up.
It Is Better That Way, To Avoid Unnecessary Delays.
