movement of eb3 for I485 india

its my first post and i was trying to find out possible movemnent of EB3 for india.

is there anyway to figure out on monthly or yearly basis ,how many cases are
outstanding in eb3 category for india from BEC??

i was going thru public information and only 4 states were far behind in labour:
ny,nj,ca,tx...
nj did process till may 2002 before backlog.

i tend to think there may not be lot of cases prior august 2002..as even indicated by aprill visa bulletin.
that gives me hope that india date should move to jan2002 first and then fast till
august 2002...


my pd is june 4th 2002 from RIR from NJ and recently got labour approved thru BEC, and I140 approved in dec2006...

I agree, I don't think there are many pre-2002 cases who haven't already gotten their green card. However, there are many idle labor certifications from 2001 and older, and those are the ones being utilized for labor substitution and eating up India's 7% quota. India EB3 won't move until labor substitution is banned.
