Moved while state LCA still being processed

My job moved from NJ to NY (2 miles from original location) while NJ DOL was processing my LCA.

Will I have to abandon my NJ labor application and refile from scratch in NY?

I'll lose 18 months if I have to.

Please advice!

If the company no longer has a NJ office answer is YES. Employer needs to restart the process from new location.
