Moved to NJ from MI (with same employer- July 02 RD/ND

Hi evryone,
Moved to New Jersey from Michigan but I am with same employer. Everything filed from Michigan.

RD:7/15/02
ND:7/19/02
1st FP: Sep 02
1st EAD: Aug 02 - Not Used
2nd EAD: Dec 03 - Again not used as yet

2nd FP: still waiting ??

1) Since I moved to Northeast, will my 2nd FP get delayed?
2) Also, since I did not use EAD/AC21 yet would my case remain in Nebraska or would it transfer?

Appreciate any help from gurus/experts !!

I am in the same boat. I filed 485 from Nebraska but moved to California with same Employer. I have seen many people in this forum who moved across the service center and does not transfer the cases to local service center.

I moved to CA in 2002 after recieving EAD and FP from NSC, continuting to work with the same employer. Recently NSC approved my 7th year H1. I am in the sameboat as you guys. I wish our GC would be approved from NSC without local transfer.

Peace-of-mind: what is yr RD/ND and whats the current status?

Does either of u know where Nebraska is currently. I heard some July and Aug cases are being RFEed

Have you guys contacted or thinking of contacting senator if so which state senator? the old or new one u moved to?
