Moved before Oath

My daughter after her interview on 08/06, moved out of Minnesota for her grad school. She had informed about this move to the interviewing officer who asked her to pen down the new address on a piece of paper. However, after finalizing her school apartment, she updated the on line AR11 and also the part relating to the pending N400 on 08/22 with the new address as well.

She recd. an oath invitation letter from the Buffalo DO at her new address within a week for the 09/14 ceremony (at Buffalo) just to be followed by a descheduling notice a couple of days later. We know the ceremony is on and that's for sure.

I don't know what to make out of this initial mail from USCIS. There are a lot of posts that suggest interviews and oaths always happen under the same DO for that 3 month residency requirement. So should we understand that this was an error at the first place and wait for the mail from St. Paul FO.

Let us know what's your thoughts on this.

Thanks
