Move between Interview and Oath

So If I move from NC to Fl. What happend to my place in the Q?
I already had my interview etc. Waiting for Oath Date since Sept 2002. What happend if I move to Fl while I'm waiting for Oath date
Does the process start over again?.
Do I get droped to the bottom on the Fl file?
Here's my time line-
Applied Feb 2002.
