Hi Moulin Rouge,

One of my friend applied for 140 on april'2001 and it was got rejected and he Reapplied and resubmitted the I-140 on 22 june,2002.

First time he is rejected because of insufficient documents.
He is having life science degree and working as a research in hospital etc.

But till now he did'nt receive any news from INS. he applied in veramount.

when i seen in this site people are got who applied on before 22nd june,2002.but he did'nt receive any thing till now.

Can any one write in details regardign this.

Officially, the INS Vermont time is Feb 22 2002... Since your friends date is much later than this, there isn't much he can do. No congressman/senator will touch the case !!

At most he can call the INS and speak to an IIO.. Thankfully he can apply for 485 and sit tight until they are approved.
