MOTR EAC number

My I-485 was denied as my employer withdrew the I-140 petition. I have filed for an MOTR..I saw that the check sent to uscis was cashed from my bank..how long does it take to get an EAC number for MOTR? Is my I485 status restored after filing MOTR?

Anyone with info please post?

Did your employer withdrew after I140 was approved or before it got approved.
