Would you know what all is needed to file for motion to reopen Family Based Green Card petition for my mother.
She was denied her I-485 with a reason that visa petition is not available for her category while it was available and approved. She has a valid I-130.
She was traveling on Travel Parole and could not attend her interview. We tried to extend the interview date but did not hear back. After few days we got the visa (485) denial letter.
We went to INS to meet immigration officer and they suggested to file for motion to reopen. I asked her for forms etc. She indicated send $110 with a letter.
Will a letter be enough with $110 fees. Or do I need to fill out additional forms.
